Why Isn’t My BandLab Membership Being Recognized in Cakewalk Sonar?

If Cakewalk Sonar isn’t recognizing your BandLab Membership, it’s usually because the email you’re logged in with doesn’t match the email used to purchase the membership.

How to Fix It

  1. Verify Your BandLab Email
    • Log into your BandLab account on the web and check which email is associated with your active membership.
  2. Sign In to BandLab With the Correct Email
    • In Cakewalk Sonar, go to Help → Sign in to BandLab.
    • Sign out if needed, then log in with the email address associated with your BandLab Membership.
  3. If You’re Unsure Which Email You Used

Once you sign in with the correct email, Cakewalk Sonar will recognize your subscription and unlock the premium features.
