If Cakewalk Sonar isn’t recognizing your BandLab Membership, it’s usually because the email you’re logged in with doesn’t match the one used to purchase your BandLab Membership.

Verify Your BandLab Email
- Log into your BandLab account on the web and check which email is associated with your active membership.

Sign In to BandLab With the Correct Email
- In Cakewalk Sonar, go to Help → Sign in to BandLab.
- Sign out if needed, then log in with the email address associated with your BandLab Membership.

If You’re Unsure Which Email You Used
- Take a screenshot of your BandLab membership purchase from Paddle, our payment provider.
- Make sure the Order Number/Receipt Number is visible.
- Send the screenshot to support@cakewalk.com or submit it via this support form.
- Take a screenshot of your BandLab membership purchase from Paddle, our payment provider.
Once you sign in with the correct email, Cakewalk Sonar will recognize your subscription and unlock the premium features.
