I see an activation/demo mode message and cannot save!

Sorry to hear you’re having trouble with demo mode! Here are some quick steps:

  1. Exit Cakewalk by BandLab
  2. Log Out of BandLab Assistant by clicking the gear at the top left and choosing Log Out
  3. Log back into BandLab Assistant, and run any updates if prompted
  4. Go to Apps, find the Cakewalk by BandLab logo, and click Open.

If you still see an activation message after following these steps, go to Help > About Cakewalk and take a screenshot of the menu that appears. Email us the screenshot to support@cakewalk.com and we will provide additional insight!
